1. All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Info@DependOnNobody.com with details of the product and the defect within 10 days of receiving the product.

2. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we will review the issue and provide a replacement if the defect is confirmed. In cases where a replacement is not possible, we may offer a store credit.
